Common use of Ownership of Institution Data Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Institution Data. Participating Agency, and affiliates, retains all right, title and interest (including, without limitation, all proprietary rights) to Participating Agency Data except for rights granted to Contractor and its affiliates under this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided herein, upon termination or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Contractor shall return all Participating Agency Data to Participating Agency in an agreed upon format, or , notwithstanding any data created by Contractor for redistricting purposes. Except as otherwise provided herein, upon termination or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Contractor Supplier shall return all Participating Agency Data to Participating Agency in an agreed upon format, or destroy, notwithstanding any data created by Contractor for redistricting purposes.
