Common use of Ownership of Institution Data Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Institution Data. Participating Agency, and/or its suppliers and affiliates, retains all right, title and interest (including, without limitation, all proprietary rights) to Participating Agency Data and its Institution Applications except for rights granted to Supplier and its affiliates under this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided herein, upon termination or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Supplier shall return all Participating Agency Data to Participating Agency in an agreed upon format, or destroy, at Participating Agency’s option.

Except as otherwise provided herein, upon termination or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Supplier Contractor shall return all Participating Agency Data to Participating Agency in an agreed upon format, or destroy, at Participating Agency’s optionnotwithstanding any data created by Contractor for redistricting purposes.
