Common use of Ownership of Licensed Marks Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Licensed Marks. The Licensee hereby acknowledges that the Licensor is the owner of the Licensed Marks and all rights therein and that nothing in this Agreement shall give the Licensee any right, title, or interest in or to the Licensed Marks, except pursuant to the license granted hereunder.

Ownership of Licensed Marks. The Licensee hereby acknowledges that the Licensor is the owner of the Licensed Marks, that use of the Licensed Marks and all rights therein by Licensee shall not create in Licensee's favor any ownership interest therein, and that nothing in this Agreement all goodwill arising out of Licensee's use of the Licensed Marks shall give the Licensee any right, title, or interest in or inure to the Licensed Marks, except pursuant to the license granted hereunderbenefit of Licensor.

Ownership of Licensed Marks. The Licensee hereby acknowledges that the Licensor is the owner ownership of the Licensed Marks in Licensor and all rights therein and agrees that it will do nothing inconsistent with such ownership. Licensee agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall give the Licensee any right, title, title or interest in the Licensed Marks or other intellectual property rights other than the right to use the Licensed Marks as set forth in this Agreement, and Licensee agrees that it will not attack the title of Licensor to the Licensed Marks, except pursuant to Marks or attack the license granted hereundervalidity of this Agreement.
