Ownership of Material. Any studies, reports or other material, graphic, software or otherwise, prepared by the Consultant for TMEA under the Contract shall belong to and remain the property of TMEA.

Ownership of Material. a. Any studies, studies reports or other material, graphic, software or otherwise, prepared by the Consultant for TMEA under the Contract shall belong to and remain the property of TMEA.

Where intellectual property rights in all material produced by the Consultant or the Consultant's Personnel pursuant to the performance of the Services ("the Material") are the property of the Consultant, the Consultant hereby grants to TMEA a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty free licence to use all the Material.
