Ownership of Materials; Results and Proceeds. All data and information submitted to PROVIDING PARTY by RECEIVING GROUP, in connection with the Corporate Services or the Transition Assistance (the “RECEIVING GROUP Data”), and all results and proceeds of the Corporate Services and the Transition Assistance with regard to the RECEIVING GROUP Data, is and will remain, as between the Parties, the property of RECEIVING GROUP and subject to the provisions of Article VIII.
