Common use of Ownership of Materials Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Materials. Except as may be specified in the Special Provisions, all data, reports, research, etc., developed by the Contractor solely as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of the H-GAC upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation hereof. All such data and material shall be furnished to H-GAC at no charge and upon request. Contractor further agrees not to release information about results or deliverables connected to this Agreement to anyone outside of H-GAC, without first obtaining written release authorization from H-GAC.
