Common use of Ownership of Meridian Information Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Meridian Information. For the sake of convenience and given the size and overlapping nature of the technology and information contained in Meridian, the parties agree that: each party will obtain a full and complete copy of Meridian as it exists as of the Separation Date excluding Meridian information relating to the products set forth under the heading “Meridian” in Schedule 4.1(a) and Schedule 4.1(b), which shall be provided solely to Group Brands or Global Brands, respectively, and each party acknowledges receipt thereof; and each party has the right to use the information contained in Meridian to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import and export products in any jurisdiction around the world, subject to the restrictions set forth in this Section 2.3 and ARTICLE IV:
