Common use of Ownership of Natural Gas Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Natural Gas. The Natural Gas to be delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser hereunder shall be delivered to the Purchaser with good and marketable title thereto, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances or any other adverse claims whatsoever, including taxes and royalties for which the Seller is responsible under Sections 2.09 and 2.10, except for those that may be imposed by statute and which are released upon payment by the Seller of the purchase price under its agreements to acquire the Natural Gas.
