Common use of Ownership of New Logos and Trademarks Developed During Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ownership of New Logos and Trademarks Developed During Agreement. Any names, logos, and/or trademarks developed during and/or pursuant to this Agreement which in any way associate with, identify or implicate an affiliation with the Department and/or are funded by the Department, shall be approved in writing by the Department, shall belong to the Department upon creation, subject to express written agreement otherwise, and shall continue in the Department’s exclusive ownership upon termination of this Agreement.
