Common use of Ownership of Non-Derivative IP Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Non-Derivative IP. (a) Upon its creation, Non-Derivative IP will be owned by the party specified in the relevant Project Order to own Non-Derivative IP. (b) The National Research Management Committee will determine for each Approved Research Project, and specify in the Project Order, the party who is to be the owner of Non-Derivative IP by applying the principles in Schedule 6.
