Ownership of Other Entities. Other than the Significant Subsidiaries of the Company listed in Exhibit 21 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 (including the direct and indirect subsidiaries referenced therein) and as disclosed in the Disclosure Package and in the Prospectus, the Company, directly or indirectly, owns no capital stock or other equity or ownership or proprietary interest in any corporation, partnership, association, trust or other entity.

Ownership of Other Entities. Other than the Significant Subsidiaries subsidiaries of the Company listed in Exhibit 21 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 (including the direct and indirect subsidiaries referenced therein) and 2017 or as otherwise disclosed in the Registration Statement, Time of Sale Disclosure Package and in the Prospectus, the Company, directly or indirectly, owns no capital stock or other equity or ownership or proprietary interest in any corporation, partnership, association, trust or other entity.
