OWNERSHIP OF PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS. Permanent improvements on the Sublease Premises, excluding Site Development Materials, constructed, placed, or purchased by the Sublessee remain the Sublessee’s property as long as this Sublease remains in effect, including any period of extension or holdover with the consent of the Borough.
