Common use of Ownership of Personalty Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Personalty. Borrower shall furnish to Lender, if Lender so requests, photocopies of the fully executed contracts, bills of sale, receipted vouchers and agreements, or any of them, under which Borrower claims title to the materials, articles, fixtures and other personal property used or to be used in the construction or operation of the Improvements.

Ownership of Personalty. Borrower shall, and shall cause each Borrower Subsidiary to, promptly upon Lender's written request, furnish to Lender, if Lender so requests, photocopies of the fully executed contracts, bills of sale, receipted vouchers and agreements, or any of them, under which any Borrower Entity claims title to the materials, articles, fixtures and other personal property used or to be used in the construction or operation of the Improvementsany Individual Property.

Borrower shall furnish or shall cause Mortgage Borrower to furnish to Lender, if Lender so reasonably requests, photocopies of the fully executed contracts, bills of sale, receipted vouchers and agreements, or any of them, under which Borrower claims title to the materials, articles, fixtures and other personal property used or to be used in the construction or operation of the Improvements.
