Ownership of Personalty. Borrower shall furnish to Administrative Agent, if so requested, photocopies of the fully executed contracts, bills of sale, receipted vouchers and agreements, or any of them, under which Borrower claims title to the materials, items, fixtures and other personal property used or to be used in the construction or operation of the Facility.
