Ownership of PHI. The exchange of Electronic PHI under this Agreement does not change the ownership of such information under state, federal, or any other applicable law. If Electronic PHI has been exchanged for a permitted purpose, it may thereafter be integrated into the records of Business Associate’s participants, and the parties acknowledge that such information cannot be returned upon termination of this Agreement.
