Common use of Ownership of Pledged Collateral Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Pledged Collateral. With respect to the Pledged Shares the Pledgors are, and with respect to any Additional Collateral the Pledgors will be, the legal record and beneficial owners thereof, and have and will have good and marketable title thereto, subject to no Lien except for the pledge, charge and security interest created by this Agreement.
