Ownership of R&D Suite. For the sake of convenience and given the size and overlapping nature of the technology and information contained in R&D Suite, the parties agree that: each party will obtain a full and complete copy of the R&D Suite as it exists as of the Distribution Date; each party acknowledges receipt thereof; and each party has the right to use the information contained in R&D Suite to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import and export products in any jurisdiction around the world, except:
