Common use of Ownership of Roll-off Containers Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Roll-off Containers. Ownership of Roll-off Containers 847 distributed by the CONTRACTOR shall rest with the CONTRACTOR except in the case of 848 the termination of the Agreement prior to the expiration of the initial term due to the default 849 of the CONTRACTOR. Under such circumstances, the TOWN shall have the right to take 850 possession of the containers and shall retain such possession until satisfactory 851 arrangements can be made to provide Collection Services using other equipment.
