Ownership of Series Property. Title to any Series Property, whether real, personal, or mixed, and whether tangible or intangible, shall be deemed to be held and owned by the relevant Series to which such asset was contributed or by which such asset was acquired, and none of the Company, any Member, or other Series, individually or collectively, shall have any ownership interest in such Series Property or any portion thereof. Each Member of a Series irrevocably waives any right that it may have to maintain an action for partition with respect to its interest in the Company, any Series, or any Series Property.
