Common use of Ownership of Shares and Securities of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Shares and Securities of the Trust. Any Trustee, and any officer, employee or agent of the Trust, and any organization in which any such Person is interested, may acquire, own, hold and dispose of Shares of any Series and other Securities of the Trust for his or its individual account, and may exercise all rights of a holder of such Shares or Securities to the same extent and in the same manner as if such Person were not such a Trustee, officer, employee or agent of the Trust; subject, in the case of Trustees and officers, to the same limitations as directors or officers (as the case may be) of a Delaware business corporation; and the Trust may issue and sell or cause to be issued and sold and may purchase any such Shares or other Securities from any such Person or any such organization, subject only to the general limitations, restrictions or other provisions applicable to the sale or purchase of Shares of such Series or other Securities of the Trust generally.
