OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. The Software Products are copyrighted by Vigilant and remain the property of Vigilant. The license granted under this Agreement is not a sale of the Software Products or any copy. Affiliate owns the physical media on which the Software Products are installed, but Vigilant retains title and ownership of the Software Products and all other materials included as part of the Software Products.
