Common use of Ownership of Stock of Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Stock of Subsidiaries. Subject to Sections 7.05 and 7.08, maintain at least the same ownership of the capital stock or other equity interests of each of its Subsidiaries as in effect on the Closing Date.

Ownership of Stock of Subsidiaries. Subject to Sections 7.01(g), 7.05 and 7.087.07, maintain at least the same ownership of the capital stock or other equity interests of each of its Subsidiaries as in effect on the Closing Date or, if such Subsidiary is acquired after the Closing Date, the same ownership of Capital Stock or other equity interests of such Subsidiary as existed on the date of acquisition.
