Ownership of Subsidiaries; etc. Except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.05(c) or (m) or pursuant to a Permitted Acquisition consummated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Borrower will directly or indirectly own 100% of the capital stock or other equity interests of each of its Subsidiaries (other than, in the case of Foreign Subsidiaries, director’s qualifying shares and/or other nominal amounts of shares required to be held by Persons other than the Borrower and its Subsidiaries under applicable law).

Ownership of Subsidiaries; etc. Except as otherwise permitted by Section 6.05(c) or (m) or pursuant to a Permitted Acquisition consummated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Borrower will directly or indirectly own 100% of the capital stock or other equity interests Equity Interests of each of its Subsidiaries (other than, in the case of Foreign Subsidiaries, director’s qualifying shares and/or other nominal amounts of shares required to be held by Persons other than the Borrower and its Subsidiaries under applicable law).
