Common use of Ownership of Supplier Plant and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Supplier Plant and Equipment. The Client acknowledges and agrees that all items of the Supplier Plant and Equipment (including Plant and Equipment installed or affixed to the Site(s)) remains the property of Supplier and may be removed by Supplier on termination of this Agreement.
