Common use of Ownership of the Contractor Marks Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Contractor Marks. a Contractor shall at all times remain the owner of the Contractor Marks and any registrations thereof and United’s use of any Contractor Marks shall clearly identify Contractor as the owner of such marks (to the extent practical) to protect Contractor’s interest therein. All use by United of the Contractor Marks shall inure to the benefit of Contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall give United any right, title, or interest in the Contractor Marks other than right to use the Contractor Marks in accordance with the terms of this Agreement b United acknowledges Contractor’s ownership of the Contractor Marks and further acknowledges the validity of the Contractor Marks.
