Common use of OWNERSHIP OF THE FOREGROUND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP OF THE FOREGROUND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Foreground Intellectual Property shall be jointly owned by the parties. Each party shall be entitled to use, license, transfer, and otherwise exploit its interest in the Foreground Intellectual Property without notice or accounting to the other party, subject to any confidentiality obligations to the other party. The parties shall cooperate with respect to protection and enforcement of Foreground Intellectual Property, to the extent the parties agree upon same in advance on a case-by-case basis.
