Ownership of the Obligors. (a) An Obligor or Material Subsidiary (other than the Company and Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland Ltd) is not or ceases to be a wholly-owned direct or indirect Subsidiary of Blue or the Company. (b) Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland Ltd is not or ceases to be at least a 99.91 per cent. owned direct or indirect Subsidiary of Blue or the Company.
