Ownership of the Regional Transportation System. The CAB Districts acknowledge that AACMD may own, operate, or maintain certain of the Regional Transportation System during the applicable warranty period and before final transfer to the appropriate governing jurisdiction pursuant to one or more separate agreements between the CAB and AACMD.
