Ownership of the Software Titles. Except for the intellectual property supplied by Microsoft to Licensee (including without limitation the licenses in the Licensed Trademarks hereunder and the licenses in certain software and hardware granted by an XDK License), ownership of which is retained by Microsoft, insofar as Microsoft is concerned, Licensee will own all rights in and to the Software Titles.
