Ownership of the Software Titles. Except for the intellectual property supplied by Microsoft to EA (including the Licensed Trademarks hereunder and the licenses in certain software and hardware granted by an XDK License), ownership of which is retained by Microsoft, insofar as Microsoft is concerned, EA will own all rights in and to the Software Titles.
