Common use of Ownership of the Trademarks Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Trademarks. a. LICENSEE agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall give LICENSEE any right, title, or interest in the Trademarks other that the license to use the Trademarks on the Licensed Product; that such marks are the sole property of LICENSOR; that all such uses by LICENSEE of such marks shall inure only to the benefit of LICENSOR; and it being understood that all right, title and interest relating thereto are expressly reserved by the LICENSOR except for the rights being licensed hereunder.
