Ownership of the VSE Entities. All of the issued and outstanding capital stock or other ownership interests of each VSE Entity, other than the Primary Operating Company, is owned directly or indirectly, by the Primary Operating Company, free and clear of any and all liens, claims and encumbrances of any type or nature (other than the security interests granted to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders ratably, pursuant to this Agreement).
