The Company may deem and treat the registered Warrantholder as the holder and owner hereof (notwithstanding any notations of ownership or writing made hereon by anyone other than the Company) for all purposes and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary, until presentation of this Warrant for transfer as provided herein and then only if such transfer meets the requirements of Section 5.
