Ownership of Trademarks and Use Thereof by Distributor. Distributor acknowledges the Company's exclusive right, title and interest in and to the Trademarks. Whenever Distributor uses the Trademarks in connection with the sale of the Products, it will clearly indicate the Company's ownership of such Trademarks as the Company so indicates.
