Common use of Ownership of Units by XxxxXxxxx Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Units by XxxxXxxxx. the Delaware Trustee and the Trustee. Each of the Delaware Trustee and the Trustee, in its individual or other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Trust Units with the same rights it would have if it were not a trustee hereunder. XxxxXxxxx and its Affiliates may become the owner of additional Trust Units, with the same rights and entitled to the same benefits as any other Trust Unitholder, except to the extent the Subordinated Unitholders have different rights than Common Unitholders.
