Common use of Ownership of Vessels Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Vessels. Each of the vessels identified in Schedule III-A hereto as registered under the laws of the Bahamas is registered under the law of the Bahamas in the ownership of the owning entity identified in Schedule III-A hereto, free and clear of all recorded pledges, liens, encumbrances, security interests, charges, equities or other claims, except (i) as described, and subject to limitations contained, in the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus or (ii) as do not materially affect the value of such property, taken as a whole, as they have been used in the past and are proposed to be used in the future, as described in the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus.

Each of the vessels identified in Schedule IIII-A hereto as registered under the laws of the Bahamas is registered under the law of the Bahamas in the ownership of the owning entity identified in Schedule IIII-A hereto, free and clear of any and all recorded pledges, liens, encumbrances, security interests, charges, equities or other claims, except (i) as described, and subject to limitations contained, in the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus or (ii) as do not materially affect the value of such property, taken as a whole, as they have been used in the past and are proposed to be used in the future, as described in the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus.
