Common use of Ownership of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Warrant. The Company may treat the person in whose name this Warrant is registered on the register kept at the office of the Company maintained pursuant to Section 12.2(a) hereof as the owner and holder thereof for all purposes, except that, if and when the Warrant is properly assigned in blank, the Company shall treat the assignee thereof as the owner of the Warrant for all purposes. Subject to Section 9 hereof, the Warrant, if properly assigned, may be exercised by a new holder without a new Warrant first having been issued.
