Common use of Ownership of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Warrants. The Company may treat the person in whose name any Warrant is registered on the register kept by the Company or its transfer agent as the owner and Holder thereof for all purposes, notwithstanding any notice to the contrary. A Warrant, if properly assigned, may be exercised by a new Holder without a new Warrant first having been issued. Nothing in this Section 7(d) shall relieve the Holder of his obligations under Section 7(c) hereof.
