Ownership of Warrants. The Company and the Warrant Agent and their respective agents may deem and treat the registered holder of any Warrant as the absolute owner of the Warrant represented thereby for all purposes and the Company and the Warrant Agent and their respective agents shall not be affected by any notice or knowledge to the contrary except as required by statute or order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
