Ownership of. TANGIBLE DOCUMENTS Owner shall receive ownership of all property rights of all documents, drawings, specifications, electronic data, and information (“Documents”) prepared, provided, or procured by Consultant, its Subcontractors and distributed to Owner for this Project, upon the making of final payment to the Consultant, or in the event of termination under Article 9, upon payment for all sums due to Consultant.
