Common use of OWNERSHIP TITLE Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP TITLE. Except as expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Parties, the Parties intend and agree that: (a) the Equipment shall remain Lessor’s property, and Lessor owns title thereto and shall not be impaired, notwithstanding the Equipment being affixed to any real estate property; (b) title to the Equipment shall at all times remain in Lessor, and Lessee shall acquire no interest therein other than a leasehold interest.
