Ownership Transfer. a. The Purchaser acknowledges that for the duration of the Agreement, it will not be able to transfer ownership, be it either legal or equitable, or any security in- terest in the Land, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. b. In the event that the Purchaser seeks to transfer ownership to another party, both parties to this Agreement must be of agreement for the Transfer to be ac- cepted. If an agreement is reached, no additional debts not covered in this Agreement will be due or payable.
