Ownership under the Separation and Distribution Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreements. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, ownership of any Intellectual Property under the Separation and Distribution Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreements shall be as described therein.
