OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR SYSTEM. 1.1 Operational Check of: a) Oxygen Concentrator(s) - Flow Capacity - Molecular Sieves - Oxygen Concentrations - Filters - Valves - Gauges - Controls (PLC) - Pressure Settings - Drains - Leak Tests (Fittings & Pipework’s) b) Vacuum Pump(s) - Oil and Filter - Filters (Intake & Exhaust) - Vacuum Gauge Pressure - Visual Inspection c) Compressor(s) - Oil & Filter - Filters (Intake & Exhaust) - Control Valves - Unloaders - Pressure Switches - Air Gauge Pressure - Visual Inspection d) Analyser(s) - Filters - Alarms (Local & Remote) - Visual Inspection 1.2 Normal maintenance services in accordance with the maintenance schedule such as cleaning and adjustment of equipment; replacement of designated expendable maintenance items which are prone to wear will be invoiced as per Section 1.5. 1.3 Instruction to hospital maintenance personnel in correct operating methods. Check that daily tasks have been performed and recorded. Check that designated staff understand and follow proper procedures. 1.4 A copy of the record of services performed, parts used, and inspection results, will be provided at the end of the scheduled visit as part of the instruction to the hospital maintenance personnel. 1.5 Expendable maintenance items such as valve kits, oil, filters, belts, etc. which are required shall be supplied either by the customer or by ON2 Solutions. Items provided by ON2 Solutions will be invoiced as per their current price list. 1.6 Installation of engineering improvement modifications may be performed by ON2 Solutions or at the request and cost of the customer (see Optional Extra Services)
