P2P Transfers to Recipients at Third‐Party Financial Institutions. P2P Transfers to recipients at third‐party financial institutions will occur via ACH. Upon receipt of your Payment Instructions, SoFi Bank will contact the recipient to confirm certain account details. If the recipient provides the requested information before the cut‐off time, the P2P will be sent on the same Business Day. Once sent, most recipients receive ACH transfers within two (2) Business Days. Please note that the timing of the availability of an ACH transfer to a recipient at a third‐party financial institution is determined by the policies of the recipient’s financial institution for processing and accepting such transfers. Therefore, the timing of the ultimate receipt and availability of a P2P Transfer sent by ACH is not controlled by SoFi Bank.
