Package Renewals Clause Samples

The Package Renewals clause outlines the terms and conditions under which a service or product package may be automatically or manually renewed at the end of its initial term. Typically, this clause specifies the renewal period, any changes to pricing or terms upon renewal, and the process for opting out or canceling the renewal, such as requiring advance written notice. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and predictability for both parties regarding the continuation of services, helping to prevent misunderstandings or unintended lapses in service.
