PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTATION. 10.1 The Goods must be adequately and safely packaged by the Supplier according to the requirements (if any) detailed in the Purchase Order (or if there is a Supply Agreement, the Supply Agreement). If there are no such requirements detailed, the Goods must be packed in a manner that is consistent with all Applicable Laws and with good industry practice having regard to methods of carriage and handling and to the weather conditions through which they will pass whilst being transported to the Delivery Point.

PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTATION. VPI shall cause that the Product be packaged as bulk cartridges, as set forth on Appendix 11. With each delivery of Product, VPI shall cause to be submitted to NPS documents customarily required from a contract manufacturer for the applicable customs clearance in the Territory as set forth in the Quality Agreement. VPI shall cause to be prepared a Batch Record for each Batch and VPI shall cause to be retained samples as provided in the Quality Agreement. VPI agrees to have maintained such Batch Record documentation [*] as may be permitted by GMP. VPI shall notify NPS [*] to destroying any Batch Record documentation and shall send to NPS, or cause it to be dispose of at NPS' direction and cost. For [*], NPS will receive [*]. Thereafter, for each Batch, VPI shall cause to be provided to NPS [*]. If NPS requires any additional documents or information, the cost thereof will be separately charged. If for any reason re-validation is required, VPI shall again cause to be provided [*].
PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTATION. All Xxxxx Branded Products will be supplied boxed in accordance with Xxxxx' packaging standards manual XXB201A current and in force at the Commencement Date. Xxxxx Branded Product documentation and packaging will be in line with Xxxxx' supplier guide for load presentation and documentation XKB425 current and in force at the Commencement Date. Where Xxxxx requires any change hereafter in such standard specifications the Company will subject to agreement on any reasonable cost adjustments comply with any revised specifications.
PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTATION. The Supply is delivered with the packaging required for its warehousing and due and proper preservation. Unless otherwise provided for, the packaging is not subject to a deposit but, if this were the case, it shall be returned at the S.’s expense. The Supply is delivered together with the documentation required for its use, maintenance and upkeep.
PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTATION. The Goods are delivered with packaging suitable for their warehousing, and appropriate and correct storage according to the specifications and requirements of TR defined in the purchase order. In the event of a delivery by S of the Goods in packaging non-compliant with the requirements of TR, S shall be burdened with contractual penalties in the amount of EUR 100 per particular delivery. Unless stated otherwise, the packaging is not left at TR, but in the event that the packaging is left behind, it shall be returned at the expense of S. The Goods are delivered together with the documentation necessary for their use, maintenance and upkeep.

  • Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Instrumentation The acceleration shall be recorded during the test, using equipment in accordance with channel frequency class 1000 as specified in the latest version of ISO 6487.

  • Documentation and compliance (a) The data importer shall promptly and adequately deal with enquiries from the data exporter that relate to the processing under these Clauses. (b) The Parties shall be able to demonstrate compliance with these Clauses. In particular, the data importer shall keep appropriate documentation on the processing activities carried out on behalf of the data exporter. (c) The data importer shall make available to the data exporter all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in these Clauses and at the data exporter’s request, allow for and contribute to audits of the processing activities covered by these Clauses, at reasonable intervals or if there are indications of non-compliance. In deciding on a review or audit, the data exporter may take into account relevant certifications held by the data importer.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP. Maintenance includes valid exports and backups of all data and systems according to AAAPP standards.

  • Medical Documentation The teacher must supply a letter from a medical 3 doctor, who treated the patient, stating that in his/her opinion, there is a strong 4 probability that the illness was contracted at school.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.

  • Closing Documentation The Parent shall have received the --------------------- following documents, agreements and instruments from the Company: (i) an opinion of Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx & Freidenrich LLP, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Parent and Newco, in substantially the form of Exhibit F hereto; --------- (ii) certificates dated as of a recent date from the Secretary of State of the States of Delaware and any other applicable states to the effect that each of the Company and its Subsidiaries is duly incorporated and in good standing in such state and stating that the Company and its Subsidiaries owes no franchise taxes in such state and listing all documents of the Company and its Subsidiaries on file with said Secretary of State; (iii) a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, including all amendments thereto, certified as of a recent date by the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware; (iv) evidence, reasonably satisfactory to the Parent, of the authority and incumbency of the persons acting on behalf of the Company in connection with the execution of any document delivered in connection with this Agreement; (v) Uniform Commercial Code Search Reports on Form UCC-11 with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries from the states and local jurisdictions where the principal place of business of the Company and its Subsidiaries and their respective assets are located, the search reports of which shall confirm compliance with Section 3.15 (and Schedule thereto) of this Agreement; (vi) the corporate minute books and stock record books of the Company and its Subsidiaries; (vii) estoppel letters of lenders to the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Parent, with respect to amounts (including any pre-payment penalties) owing by the Company as of the Closing; and (viii) such other instruments and documents as the Parent shall reasonably request not inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
