Common use of Packaging, Delivery, Shipment, and Import/Export Compliance Clause in Contracts

Any cost or expense incurred by HP due to Supplier’s failure to comply with HP’s TLR and HP’s Environmental Packaging requirements shall be the sole responsibility of Supplier. “DDP” (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm for which the Supplier is responsible to import the items into the said country paying all costs for everything and making all the arrangements for delivery subject to Supplier having capability / requisite import registrations / licenses / VAT / registrations, where applicable, for importing / selling in the destination country, as mutually agreed under the purchase agreement.
