Packaging Specifications. “Packaging Specifications” shall mean the packaging and labeling specifications for the Product to be attached hereto as ANNEX 1 and made a part hereof, as such specifications may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties. Packaging Specifications. The Packaging of Orders will be conducted pursuant to the specifications denoted in Appendix C, which may be amended from time to time as required, upon the written agreement of both Parties.
Packaging Specifications. After the initial Purchase Order, Shire shall package all Products in accordance with the Packaging Specifications. Changes in the Packaging Specifications shall be subject to the mutual agreement of the Parties on a schedule to be agreed by the Parties, taking into account the time and cost required for Shire to implement any necessary manufacturing or packaging modifications. Duramed shall compensate Shire for the cost of any inventory of old packaging that cannot be used as a result of any modification by Duramed to the Packaging Specifications, and for any other costs incurred as a result of the implementation of the modifications to the Packaging Specifications requested by Duramed. Duramed will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information contained on all labels for Products and for the compliance of all such labels with applicable Laws and Regulatory Approvals.

Packaging Specifications. All Products sold by TDK to Imation or its Subsidiaries will comply with the labeling, artwork and packaging specifications set forth on Exhibit VI (collectively, the “Packaging Specifications”), which may be amended, modified or supplemented only by mutual written agreement of TDK and Imation. TDK will purchase sufficient quantities of packaging supplies, artwork and/or labeling in order to supply Products in accordance with the Packaging Specifications and agreed lead times. TDK will own all packaging supplies until they are shipped with the Products.
Packaging Specifications. “Packaging Specifications” means the specifications for packaging MECs, as may be agreed from time to time by RMC and COLOPLAST in accordance with this Agreement. The current Packaging Specifications are set forth in Schedule 3 to this Agreement, and are the basis for the Transfer Price.

Packaging Specifications. The packaging specifications shall be included in the DMR. Each CM shall package the Devices, Base Units, Transjectors or Xxxxxxxx in accordance with the then current DMR, and each CM shall periodically report to INHALE on its performance under the DMR. If INHALE orders packaging for the Devices, Base Units, Transjectors or Xxxxxxxx, such items shall be packaged in accordance with the then current packaging specifications. INHALE will determine the wording and trade dress for the packaging and labeling content for such items including, without limitation, the use of any trademark of INHALE or any of its Pharmaceutical Collaborators.
Packaging Specifications. Haemacure shall provide BPL with the necessary specifications and designs necessary for the Products and Devices to be packaged in accordance with the Packaging Specifications, and Haemacure shall be solely responsible for the content and design of the Packaging Specifications. BPL shall be responsible for contracting with third party vendors for the supply of packaging materials necessary to fill Haemacure's orders for the Products.
