Common use of Packet Loss Clause in Contracts

Packet Loss. The Service Provider shall ensure that each panellist participates in any Tests notified to it in writing by NBI and complies with all instructions set out in such notification. Each panellist shall connect a test agent to the Service Provider home gateway, via an ethernet cable, and each test agent will automatically run a sequence of non-intrusive Layer 2 tests every ~15 minutes on a 24x7x365 basis.
