Packing and Labeling. Items shall be properly packed and labeled in accordance with industry best practices and any written instructions from Buyer. Seller shall not charge for packaging, packing or boxing, unless Xxxxx has agreed to such charges in writing. Seller shall not combine in the same container, material that is to be delivered to different receiving locations. Exterior containers shall be marked with the following: 1. Address, including specified details; 2. Purchase order number; 3. Part number; and 4. Special markings called for on purchase order or release.

Packing and Labeling. 8.1. Packing shall ensure the safety of the GOODS during shipment and storage and shall prevent losses of or damage to the GOODS.
Packing and Labeling. TIGER SS shall monitor and ensure that each Supplier (i) preserves, packages, handles, and packs Products so as to protect the Products from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practice, government regulations, and other applicable requirements; (ii) marks the exterior of the boxes with the associated PSSWM item number and serial number, lot or batch number, NDC or UPC number as applicable, of the contents; (iii) provides this information on the exterior of the boxes in bar-code format; (iv) ships Products as specified by PSSWM; and (v) is responsible for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, package, handle or pack Products.

Infortrend will inform Dot Hill of any amendments to such Policy that will increase Infortrend's costs no later than ten (10) business days after such changes are provided by Dot Hill to Infortrend. Infortrend shall have no obligation to adhere to any such amendment unless such cost increase is material in nature, and Dot Hill agrees to reimburse Infortrend for such cost increase.
