Packing and Labeling. Items shall be properly packed and labeled in accordance with industry best practices and any written instructions from Buyer. Seller shall not charge for packaging, packing or boxing, unless Xxxxx has agreed to such charges in writing. Seller shall not combine in the same container, material that is to be delivered to different receiving locations. Exterior containers shall be marked with the following: 1. Address, including specified details; 2. Purchase order number; 3. Part number; and 4. Special markings called for on purchase order or release.
Packing and Labeling. 8.1. Packing shall ensure the safety of the GOODS during shipment and storage and shall prevent losses of or damage to the GOODS.

TIGER SS shall monitor and ensure that each Supplier (i) preserves, packages, handles, and packs Products so as to protect the Products from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practice, government regulations, and other applicable requirements; (ii) marks the exterior of the boxes with the associated PSSWM item number and serial number, lot or batch number, NDC or UPC number as applicable, of the contents; (iii) provides this information on the exterior of the boxes in bar-code format; (iv) ships Products as specified by PSSWM; and (v) is responsible for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, package, handle or pack Products.
Packing and Labeling. All packing materials and methods for Products to be shipped shall conform to standard commercial practices. Supplier shall ensure that the SKU on the packing slip matches the SKU on the price list and invoices. Vendor shall xxxx each Product (or with respect to software, the tangible media therefore) with mutually-agreed upon bar code labels.
Packing and Labeling. 6.1 The Goods shall be packed into a Type-A Package Design, which is provided by the Seller. The Type-A Package Design is a non-returnable package.

6.3 The Seller is responsible for the safety of the package and compliance with all applicable laws.

Products shall be suitably packed and shipped with the requirements of common carriers, and in such manner as to assure against damage from transportation, weather and other environmental conditions. Infortrend shall adhere to the requirements set forth in the Dot Hill Packaging and Labeling Requirements Policy in the form provided to Infortrend by Dot Hill prior to the date of execution of this Agreement by both parties (the "Policy"). Dot Hill may amend such Policy from time to time, and, subject to the succeeding sentences, Infortrend shall be obligated to adhere to the requirements of any reasonable amendment to the Policy within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of such amendment. Infortrend will inform Dot Hill of any amendments to such Policy that will increase Infortrend's costs no later than ten (10) business days after such changes are provided by Dot Hill to Infortrend. Infortrend shall have no obligation to adhere to any such amendment unless such cost increase is material in nature, and Dot Hill agrees to reimburse Infortrend for such cost increase.
Packing and Labeling. 6.1 Packing and labeling of the Goods shall be effected in accordance with the International Regulations for the safe transport of radioactive materials (IAEA, TS-R-1, 2005) and provided the Goods safety when transporting.
6.2 The Goods shall be loaded into the Seller’s special non-returnable type A transport packing sets.

Xxxxxxx will charge a reasonable fee for packing and/or packaging for non-standard shipping or packaging that Triton PCS may request. Xxxxxxx will provide labeling and packaging of the Equipment and Software to indicate the Order number, model number, serial number and any labeling required by the FCC.

Packing and Labeling. 5.1 Packaging of all goods must be in accordance with good commercial practice and in a manner acceptable to common carriers for shipment and adequate to ensure safe arrival of the goods to their destination.
5.2 The packaging must be labeled with the purchase order number, the date of shipment, and the names of any consignee and consignor. Supplier must include an itemized packaging list with each shipment. Supplier must mark each package with any required handling and shipping information.
